Refund policy

We at Parts Pioneer take immense pride in providing our customers with high-quality auto parts and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. In such cases, we are here to help you through the process and make it as hassle-free as possible.

We want our customers to have peace of mind when they shop with us, knowing that they can rely on us to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently. Our return policy allows you to return a product within 30 days of receipt, so you can be confident in your purchase. This window applies to all types of returns and issues, including defective parts or those that don't fit. Requests made after 30 calendar days will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the reason for the return is due to a mistake on our end, we will gladly issue a full refund to your original method of payment. Our customer service team will assess the situation and, if accepted, provide you with a return label. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging, unused, and free from any signs of grease and wear and tear. Please Note: For kits or bundled items, partial returns are not accepted. The entire kit must be returned in full, with all components in their original condition and packaging. Incomplete returns of kits will not be processed.

On the other hand, if the reason for the return is due to a mistake made by the customer, such as ordering the wrong product or if you no longer need the product, you will be responsible for returning the product and paying the applicable shipping fees. Please be sure to contact our customer service team for the intention to return and instructions before sending the product back. Returns without first contacting our customer service team will not be accepted. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method with a 20% restocking fee deducted from the original amount. This fee applies to all returns unless you have received a wrong or defective item. Returns due to delayed deliveries, including priority deliveries, will still incur this 20% restocking fee.

Once an order is placed, cancellations are unfortunately not possible, even if the request is made immediately after. This is due to our automated system, which ensures orders are processed quickly and accurately for the fastest possible delivery. However, you are welcome to return the parts to us following our standard return policy.

Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization for return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for tracking their packages using the provided tracking number to avoid any issues or delays. Returns to sender due to failure to check the tracking number will be processed according to our standard Return and Refund Policy.

For orders with Priority Delivery, if there are any delays, you are eligible for a refund of the priority fee only. No further reimbursements will be provided.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Labor & Additional Costs Exclusion
Under no circumstances will Parts Pioneer cover, reimburse, or be held responsible for any labor charges, mechanic fees, or associated costs related to the installation, removal, or replacement of parts. This applies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect parts supplied

  • Parts that do not fit your vehicle

  • Defective or warranty-covered parts

Our warranty and return policies strictly apply to the cost of the part(s) themselves. No coverage will extend to labor, installation, towing, diagnostic, rental, or any other incidental or consequential expenses.

Installation Requirement
All parts must be installed by a licensed, certified professional mechanic. Parts Pioneer is not responsible for damages, injuries, or product failures caused by improper installation, self-installation, or installation by an unqualified individual or facility. Any claim for warranty or return may require proof of professional installation.
