However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. In such cases, we are here to help you through the process and make it as hassle-free as possible.
We want our customers to have peace of mind when they shop with us, knowing that they can rely on us to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently. Our return policy allows you to return a product within 30 days of receipt, so you can be confident in your purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the reason for the return is due to a mistake from our end, we will gladly issue a full refund to your original method of payment. In such cases, you will have to report the issue to us within 2 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will then assess the situation and, if accepted, provide you with a return label, and all you need to do is send the product back to us. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging, unused, and free from any signs of grease and wear and tear.
On the other hand, if the reason for the return is due to a mistake made by the customer, such as ordering the wrong product, you will be responsible for returning the product and paying the applicable shipping fees. Please be sure to contact our customer service team for the intention to return, and once we receive the product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method with a 20% restocking fee deducted from the original amount.
It is important to note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
